Tenant Procurement

For those owners only needing assistance in marketing their property for a tenant and completing the screening. Once the tenant is placed and qualified, the owner is responsible for all on going management duties.  Fees for this service start at $250 and will vary depending upon the scope of work required.

Full Service Property Management

Fees are structured as a percentage taken off of the monthly gross rental income collected. The leasing commission noted below is due and payable when the property management agreement is signed.  The current fee for service schedule for residential homes includes a $250 per vacancy leasing fee plus the applicable percentage below:

• Registry Check – Shows Landlord/Tenant Court records filed against your applicant. Reveals whether an applicant has ever been filed-on, sued or evicted.
