As the president and broker in charge of Carolina Realty Advisors, the basis of the business operations at my firm is a result of some research I completed while finishing my MBA.  I conducted my research thesis on The effects of the Internet on the residential real estate market in Mecklenburg County. I learned some important facts about the future of the real estate industry in this market:

1.Real estate brokers will NO LONGER be the information gatekeepers.

2.Those consumers who embrace technology and apply it to their lives will benefit greatly over those who don't!

3.Education will always be the most important asset in the real estate buying and selling process.

4.Buyers and sellers will look toward real estate brokers and agents for wisdom, consultation and guidance.

With these findings in mind, I developed this firm around today's needs for clients in both residential and commercial real estate.  

We provide real estate brokerage services for small and medium sized businesses, investors, and individuals who are fed up with loosing money, paying too much, spending too much time not getting the right piece of property for their particular situation.  We have helped many of business operators and investors avoid becoming one of the majority who fail in their business endeavors.

We act as the quarterback in the real estate transaction for our clients who coach us in managing all of the different pieces.  Our clients love not needing to worry about making bad decisions or bad investments and love winning negotiations.

Stop and take a moment to think seriously about the following questions.

  • What is the biggest challenge you face when it comes to real estate in your business plan?

  • Do you own any income property now?  What are the three biggest challenges with it?

  • How do you invest now?  What about long term investment planning?

  • How much has indecision cost you financially and emotionally? 

  • How worried are you about the strength of the investments you evaluate?

  • How confident were you of your decision the last time you did a real estate deal?

  • When was the last time you spoke with someone that had some of these issues?

  • What safeguards do you build into your investments to be sure you do not face negative cash flows?

  • What types of creative financing do you use in order to stretch your investment dollar?

  • How do you handle vacancy?

  • How confident are you that you will not be one over 75% of American's who retire broke and penniless?
