also note that we have a Tenant Procurement Service
for those owners only needing assistance in marketing their property for
a tenant and completing the screening. Fees for this service start
at $250 and will vary depending upon the scope of work required.
Property
Management Service fees are structured as a percentage taken
off of the monthly gross rental income collected.
The leasing commission noted below is due and payable when the property
management agreement is signed.

per vacancy leasing fee plus the applicable percentage below:
